Processing Times
• Order Processing: All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Shipping Times
• Standard Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing.
• Expedited Shipping: If available, expedited options will be displayed at checkout with estimated delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Destinations
• We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier.
• If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@zuriandme.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
